Applies to app version 1.12.x or later on Android
IBSS Inspire can be provisioned automatically via the Device Provisioning Service (DPS).
Note: The Inspire app must first be installed onto the device from the Play Store.
Device Provisioning Service
Using the device provisioning service, onboarding Inspire is straight forward:
- Provide the following information to ICONICS.
- The Configuration ID of each device that is displayed on the initial Inspire page and the space that the device serves.
- (optional) The external IP address of the site/location.

- When these have been provided, they will be added to the DPS service to which the Inspire app will connect.
On start-up, the Inspire app will first attempt to connect to the DPS as shown below.

- Once connected and a valid Configuration ID is found, Inspire will be given the specific customer deployment information.

- On successful connection to the customer specific deployment, Inspire will then configure the app.

- Once completed, Inspire will display a final congratulations page as shown below. Tapping run application will start the application running in the configured mode.
