Catering data reports enable export of files with the structured data to assist in analysing and improving the service provisioning. Currently, the following reports are available:

• Catering Orders by service date within the selected data range
• Supplier Costs (total items ordered and unit cost) from catering orders service time of which falls within the selected date range. 
• Catering Items by Orders. It is exporting menu items for one catering order that you select. This is not a date range based report but you can use the date range to narrow down the bookings to choose from.

To create an export file:

1. Select date and time range to view data
2. Then the reports are processed in the background and delivered to you via email. 
3. Download the report using the link provided to you in the email.
