Adding Workplace Equipment to a Booking

Depending on the configuration of your IBSS Platform deployment, additional configuration options may be available to you when booking certain types of spaces, including the ability to add catering or resources to a booking. If you have these enabled for your spaces you will see the additional options visible in the booking summary page.

These resources can only be added once a space booking is confirmed, and so when you have confirmed your booking, the booking confirmation popup will look as below, giving the user a chance to add the additional resources now, or to add them later. If you select I'll do this later, you can always re-enter the booking summary page to edit these items.

Resources in the form of Presentation Aids and Hearing Aids can be added to a booking (where applicable to your deployment) by tapping the Add Now button or the edit resources section if you come back later. The resource list is presented as below, where the page is split into 2 tabs. The first tab will present any available resources of that type for the booking period and the user is able to select one to request. Clicking Add item to your Booking will allocate that resource to the space booking.  

The second tab shows any resources that have been allocated to the booking. Swiping left will allow the item to be removed from the booking.

Finally, if you choose to amend a booking that contains a resource request, please note that the resource request will be cancelled and you will need to re-add the request.
