To create an event, do this:

  1. Book an appropriate meeting room space that allows conducting of events. Use the new Need Events toggle:
    1. Under Additional criteria on the Simple page.
    2. Under Show more search options on the Advanced page.
  2. ⚠️ Note that the system won't check if the space capacity in your booking and event capacity are aligned. Remember to book a space that allows enough people to attend your event.
  3. When the space booking is confirmed:
    1. Click Create an event in the confirmation popup.
    2. Open the booking for editing and click Ticketed Event in the third tab Actions & Management.
  4. Event creation page opens. Fill in the presented fields. The required fields are marked:
    • Event Title
    • Short Description for Preview
    • Full Description on Event's Details Page
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Image
  5. Once all required fields are filled, you can:
    • Save as Draft
    • Create & Publish
  6. In the popup that opens, select if you'd like to create an announcement about the event to invite your colleagues.
