Workspace welcomes you on the home page after you log in. It also provides a centralised and accessible space for organisations to share social announcements, events, or updates with their users to foster communication and engagement between the organisation and their users within IBSS solution.

The combination of available sections and pages in Workspace depends on your user role permissions that are set by your organisation.

The Workspace interface has the following key areas:

Section Description
1 - Application selector The Application selector shows you which of the Hub applications you are currently in. Clicking the grid of dots will show what other IBSS apps you may have access to. For some users, this may just be the single application, but for others this could include access to other web apps: Operations and Setup.
2 - Application main menu The application menu will allow you to navigate the various other pages in the app. Not every user will necessarily have the same menu items on display as this is tied to the roles and permissions of their account.
3 - Settings Access the wide range of settings on three tabs: Preferences, Notifications, Languages
4 - User Profile Gives you access to the Your Profile drop-down, where you can choose to switch themes, view app version they're running for diagnostics, or log out.
5 - Work location switch for the current day To facilitate team bookings or your co-workers planning collaboration activities, make sure your working location is always up t date. Set your default working location under Settings > Preferences.
6 - Quick access to most popular pages Cards that will take you to the Simple page for space booking, My Bookings, Visitors, or Preferences pages.
7 - Where are your team today Your team at a glance today. If you are part of several teams, use the dropdown list to view where are your teams today.
8 - News News or announcements that your organisation wants to share with you and entire building. Click the news that you're interested in to view more details in the slide-out panel. News can be of any kind, including announcements about events.
9 - Quick Links

Organisations use the Quick Links feature to cross-promote in-building services and activities, such as catering delivery, gym sessions, or special offers directly from within the Roamer X and Workplace applications. This way, you can access third-party websites, apps, or documents.

  • Session in Workplace won't be interrupted when clicking the link. The link opens in a new tab of your browser app.
  • Links are added by the IBSS Customer Support team.
10 - Events If your organisation has set up an open event in your building, you will see the call for attendance here. Events have limited capacity and can allow waiting list to fill in the released space.
