Booking & Cost Code Management

• Users can now edit bookings that are already checked in or in progress.
• Added support for one-click searches using predefined space type, date, start time, and end time parameters.
• Support has been added for configuring the minimum number of characters required before cost code search results are returned. The new parameter is CostCode_Search_Min_Chars.
• Users can now select one or more cost codes against a booking.
• When booking nearby on behalf of another user, their default cost codes can now be applied automatically.
• If user selects a booking cost code and add catering to the booking, the same cost code is automatically applied to the catering order too.

BLE & Indoor Positioning

• BLE map functionality can now be enabled or disabled at building level using a configuration parameter.
• Improved BLE logging and map debugging.

What's Changed

Booking Experience

• Space information cards have been enhanced to better reflect space status and bookability.
• Attendee management has been updated to use the latest booking party APIs, improving consistency and future compatibility.
• User preference updates have been improved to prevent existing cost code settings from being unintentionally removed.
• When viewing the map and no space is available, the app still shows the map instead of the No spaces found message screen.

Task Management

• When creating a task from a space details page, users are now returned to the originating space details page rather than the tasks list.

User Experience Improvements

• Added safeguards to prevent repeated button presses from triggering duplicate actions.

What's Fixed

Search & Preferences

• Fixed an issue where search results could become empty after favouriting or unfavouriting a space.
• Fixed floor and zone preferences not loading correctly in structured search.
• Fixed KPI tile searches not respecting map search preferences.
• Fixed KPI tiles failing to return results after switching between accounts.
• Fixed amenity space searches defaulting to today's date incorrectly.
• The booking policy API call uses the Spaces Node ID instead of Building Node ID to return correct results.

Bookings

• Fixed the close button on the Edit Booking page.
• Fixed catering booking times displaying incorrect time zone values.
• Corrected booking policy requests to use the correct node identifier.
• The message about space capacity being exceeded is now correctly showing when relevant.

Catering

• Fixed an issue where booking times on the Catering Order page were incorrectly displayed in UTC instead of the building local time zone.
• Catering orders now correctly move through the appropriate order states.

Notifications & Integrations

• Fixed announcement notifications containing URLs so links open correctly on iOS and Android.
• Fixed an issue where HID credentials were not displayed on the intermediary loading screen after reopening the app, while maintaining full pass functionality.

Visitors

• Fixed email validation issues when editing visitor email addresses.

Maps

• Fixed map themes so all floor maps correctly update when the device theme changes.

Stability

• Fixed an issue that could cause the application to crash when changing room controls.
• Fixed an iOS 27 crash that could occur during first-time building login.
