What's new?

As we continue to release updates, we continue to add new features to our products. This section provides details about what has been added to the products:

• Ability to add basic catering to a booking.
• Ability to book additional resources against a booking (hearing aids, presentation aids, etc)
• The booking list DataGrid allows users to search for, filter and sort bookings more easily for themselves or when looking at bookings others have made.
• Ability to see what colleagues are situated in a space on the map by simply clicking that space. (Note this will show as Anonymous, if the user has not opted in to the Find me by my booking data permissions).
• Register one or more cost codes against bookings or catering orders and define how these should be apportioned from a billing perspective. 
   

What's Fixed?

Several fixes have been implemented to resolve issues found in the product.

These include:

• Resolved an issue where users were logged out automatically.
• Fixed an issue where user permissions for Flex would be inadvertently removed when editing other permissions. 
• Solved several map rendering issues and issues on pages where components would not render as expected. 

Known Issues

This section describes issues that users of Flex may encounter, as well as workarounds for these issues. It goes without saying that we are already in the process of fixing these issues. 

There are several pages that contain visual alignment issues, as we continue to progress towards moving to a new standard of component library. While these should not impact overall usability, we are aware that this means the user interface may not be ideal.
