What’s New?
As we continue to release updates, we continue to add new features to our products. This section provides details about what has been added to the products:
- Added live IAQ and multi-occupancy space widgets to Flex maps to bring it in line with Roamer/Inspire
- Added Cost Codes allocation to bookings and Catering Orders in Flex and Onelens360
- Added the ability to make recurring bookings in Flex.
What’s Changed?
The following Flex changes have been made:
- For user consistency, moved the checkin button to be within the space itself. This allows the user to be certain of what booking they are checking into and enabled early check-in in Flex.
- Updated the login page
What’s Fixed?
Several fixes have been implemented to resolve issues found in the product.
These include:
- Resolved a number of time zone issues across the pages. We will continue to update these.
- Added a default “booking” title to a booking if users do not enter any text, aligning with the behaviour in Roamer. This is language specific.
- Fixed some issues with Bookings that required approval.
- Fixed labels in the pages in line with switching to external language resource editor.
- Tidied up styling and text in the book space pages.
- Fixed styling and labels in the user preferences section.
Known Issues
This section describes issues that users of Flex may encounter, as well as workarounds for these issues. It goes without saying that we are already in the process of fixing these issues.
There are several pages that contain visual alignment issues, as we continue to progress towards moving to a new standard of component library. While these should not impact overall usability, we are aware that this means the user interface may not be ideal.
