We prioritise the privacy and data security of our customers. We understand that privacy policies and End User License Agreement play a crucial role in establishing trust between users and our applications.

When logging in to IBSS Hub Apps (such as Flex or OneLens) or Roamer during the login process the end user will be asked to read and agree to the policies presented. By default, an Iconics UK Ltd Privacy Policy and and EULA are shown to end users. However, customers may want to be able to show their own policies for their staff.

Including Your Own Privacy Policy: 

For customers who wish to have their own privacy policy displayed within our apps, please reach out to your account manager for full details, but the policy will need to be provided to us in Microsoft Word, or HTML format. We will then substitute it for our policy when displaying the app to employees associated to the customer. 

This way, organisations that want to do their own external data processing and record keeping can do so, by informing employees who are using the service directly.
