Roamer 1.20.XXX and later

From Roamer 1.20.X, you will be asked to review and accept a Privacy Policy and End User Licences Agreement.

The Privacy Policy and End User Licences Agreement will either be the Iconics UK Ltd policy and license or a custom policy and license created by your organisation. The policy is designed to provide details as part of the legal requirement to the end users of the application of what, why, and how their data is used. Many organisations will have their own Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, in accordance to the data they already collect on a subject, in line with GDPR, ICO, or other international privacy bodies.

For organisations, refer to Can I add my own organisational Privacy Policy and License Agreement to Roamer and IBSS Hub?

As a new or returning user to Roamer, if you have not been presented with the privacy policy before, you will see the Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement to accept before continuing.

Read and scroll down the content before selecting the checkbox I consent to the Privacy Policy and EULA and clicking Accept

Accepting the Privacy Policy and EULA means that you accept their terms. Therefore, it is important that you review this information and personally accept the terms.

Declining this policy will close the application and will not proceed any further.

For certain countries, the requirement to accept the Privacy Policy and EULA will be requested prior to entering the server name for the organisation, to comply with local requirements.
