With permissions to import or export data sheets (ONELENS360.OperationServices.Import or ONELENS360.OperationServices.Export), you will have the Background Processes page available in OneLens to view export or import requests for the whole building that is selected.

Here's what you can do on this page:

1. Filter by time period: Today, This Week, or Last Week.
2. View only import or export requests that were made by other users in the organisation.
3. Filter by status.
4. Change building if you need to view other records.
