IBSS Unity uses a provisioning service to allow the device to automatically configure itself. Due to restrictions in the Chinese market, some of the services that the provisioning service uses for this task are not available. To ensure that the correct services are used, the start up page of the application allows you to select the region you are in. 

Device information

The very first page now shown in Unity is a device information page that shows useful information to share with your ICONICS support team. In this page, the Deployment Location defaults to Rest of World. 

If your deployment is located in China, tap Deployment Location and select China.

The app will switch language, and the provisioning service will then use services local to that market.
