Upon first installing the application, the user will be presented with the ICONICS IBSS Privacy Policy and End-user License agreement

This privacy policy contains information surrounding the data usage of the platform and how data is retained and stored

Accepting this dialog accepts the terms of the policy, therefore, it is important that the user reviews this information and personally accepts the terms. 

Declining this policy will close the application and will not proceed any further.

Once reviewed, to consent to the privacy policy, the user must scroll to the bottom of the document, tick the consent option, and press the blue “Accept” button:
