With Release 2026.02, OneLens 360 has a new name, Operations, and a new look based on the Serendie design system. Along with the refreshed Workspace and Setup apps, the Operations menu has been reorganised so related pages sit together.

We haven't removed any pages but we've moved them around. Some of the pages have moved to a different section, and a few have new names.

What's changed

• Pages are grouped by area, with shorter names. Pages now sit under the section they belong to, so their names no longer repeat the section name. For example, Booking List is now Bookings › List.
• Bookings brings related pages together. The Bookings section contains List View, Schedule View, Dashboard, Inactive Users, Analytics, Trends, and Booking Policies, which is new here.
• Tasks has its own section. Tasks contains List View, plus Categories and Types, which are now found here.
• Visitors has been regrouped. The Visitors section contains Visitor List, Analytics, and Visitor Types.
• New Environmental section that contains Zones and Sensors pages.
• Directed Cleaning is now Cleaning.
• A few admin pages have moved to the Setup app (previously called Admin Portal). Cost Codes, System Notifications, Spaces, and Background Processes are no longer in Operations.
