With Release 2026.02, Flex has a new name and a new look. 🎉 Meet Workspace with its reorganised menu so that related pages sit together.

We haven't removed any pages but we have moved them around. Some of the pages have moved to a different section, and a few have new names.

What's changed

• Everything around booking is in one place. The Find a space and Schedule sections no longer exist. Their pages are now grouped under Bookings: Bookings, Simple Booking, Advanced Booking, Spaces Schedule, Bookings for Others, Delegate Bookings, and Delegate Permissions.
• Colleagues is now Co-workers. The Co-workers section contains Manage Teams and Calendar.
• My Tasks is now Service Requests. It is the same page with a clearer name.
• "My" has been dropped from page names. My Visitors is now Visitors, and My Notifications is now Notifications.
• Settings has moved. It is now always pinned to the bottom-left corner of the menu, just above your profile.
