With new releases, we've added the following features:

2025.01: News, Events, and Quick Links sections

Flex welcomes you on the home page after you log in. It also provides a centralised and accessible space for organisations to share social announcements, events, or updates with their users to foster communication and engagement between the organisation and their users within IBSS platform.

The combination of available sections and pages in Flex depends on your user role permissions that are set by your organisation.

The Flex interface has the following key areas:

Section Description
1 - Application selector The Application selector shows you which of the Hub applications you are currently in. Clicking the grid of dots will show what other IBSS apps you may have access to. For some users, this may just be the single application, but for others this could include access to the OneLens 360 operations interface or the Administration Portal.
2 - Application main menu The application menu will allow you to navigate the various other pages in the app. Not every user will necessarily have the same menu items on display as this is tied to the roles and permissions of their account.
3 - Application header Gives you access to the Your Profile drop-down, where you can choose to switch to dark mode, change password, view app version they're running for diagnostics, or log out.
4 - Notifications icon The bell notification icon will also indicate if you have any unread notifications. Click the icon to view the My Notification page.
Content panel

The content panel provides the main area for interaction within the apps. On the home page, it's shortcuts to:

  • Space booking on the Simple Booking page
  • Bookings under Schedule > My Bookings
  • My Visitors
  • Preferences under Settings

Sections News, Events, and Quick Links can be enabled by your organisation.

News/Social Announcements

View news and announcements that your organisation needs to share. Click the news that you're interested in to view more details in the slide-out panel. News can be of any kind, including announcements about events.

Quick Links

Organisations use the Quick Links feature to cross-promote in-building services and activities, such as catering delivery, gym sessions, or special offers directly from within the Roamer X and Flex applications. This way, you can access third-party websites, apps, or documents.

  • Session in Flex won't be interrupted when clicking the link. The link opens in a new tab of your browser app.
  • Links are added by the IBSS Customer Support team.
