What's new

• The Start Now toggle is available when scanning the QR code. If enabled, the start time of the booking is set to Now, and the user can select the booking end time depending on the space availability.

What's changed

• Changed the cache refresh interval from 24 hours to 12 hours for the following updates: spaces, space zones, buildings, KPIs, equipment. This speeds up the app load time for users, and they quicker see the updates.
• When searching for a user, we now display full name and the associated email address.
• Roamer is using the new endpoint for checking in and out when IBSS API is on versions of API starting from 2024.02.
• When creating a booking, existing bookings in that space are listed under Current space bookings: for guidance and to avoid booking clashes.
• We added Floor as a filter option to the booking lists.

What's fixed

• Fixed the issue with returning search results according to preferences only. Now all results from the entire building are shown.
• Loading the Your amenities section works fine now.
• Resolved some issues around push notifications for Android users.
• Sign in on Android and iOS is also fixed now.
• For organisations that use freeform cost codes, the Cost Codes tab is fixed.
• When searching for a space to book for a specific time, changing the space type doesn't reset the time anymore.

Known issue

• For devices that use iOS 18, space schedule cannot be displayed.
