What's new

  • Improved recurring and multiple bookings, including conflict handling and alternative-space selection when a chosen space is unavailable for one or more occurrences
  • Updated space discovery to use the newer IBSS APIs across global, structured and standard searches.
  • Added clearer prompts for enabling location services during application setup.
  • Enabled image uploads for service requests.
  • Added the ability to remove resources from bookings.
  • Improved floor selection so map views open on the user’s preferred floor while still providing access to all floors.

What's fixed

  • Corrected booking dates and times being reset when filters are changed.
  • Fixed problems booking a space from the map when the user already has another booking for that space.
  • Improved map navigation, floor selection, pagination and background presentation.
  • Corrected recurring-booking validation for buildings in different time zones.
  • Improved locker visibility, claimed-locker handling and conditional display of locker features.
  • Corrected catering cut-off permissions, cut-off times and date/time handling.
  • Resolved an issue where using a proxied wifi connection would not allow Roamer to connect to the IBSS services.
  • Improved task and ticket creation, including mandatory task priority, blank descriptions and navigation after failed submissions.
  • Fixed Gallagher access-pass scanning, enrolment and application-restart issues on Android and iOS.
  • Improved account switching and authentication across different organisations.
  • Fixed crashes affecting space guides, location changes and newer IBSS API environments.
  • Corrected visitor-type selection, search-result consistency and several interface and translation issues.
  • Added compatibility changes for newer IBSS API releases, including 2026.02.

Known issue

  • For Gallagher revoked security passes remain displayed in Roamer X but users won't be able to open any locks with them.
