What's fixed

Login and Home page

• We've revised the authentication token refresh approach so that the dynamic space availability tiles (Building KPI tiles) properly load after an extended period of inactivity.
• If the organisation has an invalid or missing Privacy Policy, user are able to login without any issues.
• Users that login through Okta IdP can successfully login to Roamer X.
• Home page refreshes automatically with the latest booking updates without having to manually refresh it. ⚠️ However, a known issue is that the cancelled bookings are not automatically removed from the Your bookings section on the home page until it's refreshed manually.
• If the user has 'Enable Security Passes' toggled off, they will not see the Intermediary loading page for security passes.
• Removing an Apple Wallet HID pass from the security passes page successfully removes the pass from Roamer X and the Apple Wallet, and the app no longer crashes.

Bookings

• When searching for a space using the Building KPI tiles (dynamic space availability tiles), User Preferences are not taken into account and the search results list is showing all spaces according to the original Building KPI filter.
• We've fixed how updated time is displayed on the Booking edit page. Previously the original booking time was showing on the edit page, and the correct updated time was saved with the booking.
• When a user is changing the blinds mode on the Blinds control page when in the checked-in space booking, they don't need to leave this page and go back to it again to see updated blind mode values. User can also pull down the page to refresh with the latest Space_Blind_Value.
• When user is opening the temperature control page in the checked-in space, Roamer X loads the latest values. User can also pull down the page to refresh with the latest Space_Temp_Value.
• Users that are added as guests in the organisation's AAD are able to check in to their bookings. Once checked in and having relevant permissions, they can use room control features.
• Users that are added as guests in the organisation's AAD are able to successfully check out of their bookings. Previously the check out button wouldn't be displayed for such users.
• When updating a booking that is currently in progress, user would previously see the successful update message and then the error. We've removed the misplaced success message. Now the error explains that the bookings with the start time in the past cannot be updated.
• The Refine your search criteria page is now scrollable, users are able to scroll to see all search options.
• Filters from the Refine your search page have been revised for all extras so that toggling them on or off returns relevant search results.
• If the user had a booking for a space and tried to book same space for the future, Roamer X would previously show the check-out button. We've fixed it to show the Create a booking button.
• When selecting a floor for a building, the floor dropdown no longer extends past and covers the Update Filters button. Padding for the Update Filters button is now correct for the phones theme.
• For the spaces where the Scan to confirm location and check in option is enabled, the corresponding Scan to confirm location and check in button is displayed at the start time of the booking.
• If the user is booking using the QR code on site, the Scan to confirm location and check in button is now showing only if the booking is about to start (within the early check-in period). Previously it would show for bookings planned far in the future too.
• When creating a recurring booking, the option to “end after X occurrences” is not hidden behind the keypad any more.
• We've fixed the page layout when adding multiple bookings. The Add booking button is not pushed off screen any more.
• Booking details page used to have Edit booking button displayed twice. It is now fixed and only one Edit booking button is showing.

Tasks

• Resolved tasks are not listed on the Open Tasks page any more. This page has been fixed to display only tasks in Active or Awaiting Allocation state.
• Roamer X is now using building permission (AppliesTo) for API.Tasks.V2 app permission to hide or show the task option on the home screen for the selected role.

Visitors

• The issue with creating a visitor has been resolved. Visitor can now be created. When Visitor Types are not defined for the building, Roamer X doesn't pass the Visitor Type ID field.
• Roamer X is not showing the Check in option to visitors who are currently in the Awaiting Approval status.

Catering

• On the catering order create page, we've fixed to properly filter out catering items from the menu according to the selected allergens or dietary requirements.
• On the catering order create page, we've also fixed +/- buttons (adding or removing items) to stay on screen for the last item on the list. Previously these buttons would be cut off screen for the last catering item.
• Catering order total cost and cost per item were showing one decimal place. We've fixed it to show two decimal places now.
• We've also fixed the total cost for multiple catering orders to show on the Order details page.
• On the Catering order page with multiple catering orders, cost per catering item is also fixed to be a whole number instead of the floating-point value.
• When creating multiple catering orders, the user is redirected back to the Order Information page where the order list and cost is automatically updated without having to manually refresh it.
• If one of the multiple catering orders gets cancelled, the user returns to the Order Information page and the order is correctly updated to Cancellation Pending or Cancellation No Charge status, depending if the earliest catering item preparation has started.

Other fixes

• Roamer no longer crashes on start-up when an HID pass is added and when location preferences are set to 'Always allow'.
• User's favourited amenities are now correctly shown in the Favourites spaces list.

Known issue

• On Android devices, if a HID or both a HID and Gallagher security passes have been added, the intermediary page showing security passes before loading full Roamer X app fails to load. This means that users have to open Roamer X app and go to main menu > Security Passes to use them when entering or leaving the building.
• Cancelled bookings are not automatically removed from the Your bookings section on the home page until it's refreshed manually.
