Once you're in a space that needs cleaning or where you'd like a catering order to be delivered, use the Make a service request button on the space card. This way you notify the corresponding team which space needs their attention.
To make a service request:
1 | Search for the space in Roamer X where you need to make a service request. Search options are described here: @booking in roamer x |

2 | Scroll down to view the red Make a service request button. Tap it. | |

Select the appropriate category or an issue type for the request. Note: Your organisation sets up the request categories for the corresponding teams to resolve. |

4 | Select a specific task from the selected category and add details for the resolvers' team to be aware of. | |
5 | View the summarised information of your service request and submit it by tapping Confirm. | |
6 | When you or your colleagues open the space card next time, they will see the Active service requests section at the bottom of the screen until these are resolved. |
Depending on your organisation setup, you may receive an email notification from the IBSS platform when this service request has been resolved.
