Making a service request in Roamer X

Once you're in a space that needs cleaning or where you'd like a catering order to be delivered, use the Make a service request button on the space card. This way you notify the corresponding team which space needs their attention.

To make a service request:

1 Search for the space in Roamer X where you need to make a service request.

2 Scroll down to view the red Make a service request button. Tap it.

Select the appropriate category or an issue type for the request.

Note: Your organisation sets up the request categories for the corresponding teams to resolve.

4 Select a specific task from the selected category and add details for the resolvers' team to be aware of.
5 View the summarised information of your service request and submit it by tapping Confirm.
6 When you or your colleagues open the space card next time, they will see the Active service requests section at the bottom of the screen until these are resolved.

Depending on your organisation setup, you may receive an email notification from the IBSS platform when this service request has been resolved.
