With Release 2026.02, Admin Portal has a new name, Setup, and a new look based on the Serendie design system. Along with the refreshed Workspace and Operations apps, the Setup menu has been reorganised so related pages sit together and no longer nested in deep levels of menu sections.

What’s changed

Pages are grouped by topic. The Setup and Manage sections no longer exist. Their pages are now grouped into Security, Portfolio, Resources, User Interface, System, Devices and Notifications.

Portfolio holds your estate. The new Portfolio section brings together Regions, Buildings, Floors, and Spaces. Space Layouts is now also found here.

Cost Codes is a top-level item. It now sits directly in the menu, outside any section.

Booking Policies has moved to Operations. You’ll find it in the Operations app, under Bookings.

The building selector is always pinned to the top. It no longer sits partway down the menu and stays in place wherever you are in Setup or Operations.
