IBSS Inspire can operate in a number of different modes. This article describes the operation in the Scheduling Signage mode. The app shows 3 key areas once running.

Landscape layout

  1. The Now/Next schedule area shows the bookings for the spaces that your organisation selected to display.
  2. If the number of spaces exceeds the available screen size, the pager will show you what page they are currently viewing. The page time can be set by the organisation.
  3. The notification area shows scrolling organisation notifications targeted specifically for Inspire devices as shown below.

Portrait layout

The Inspire app is orientation aware, and when a device is mounted in portrait layout, the app changes accordingly to suit the form factor.

Just like in the landscape layout, the main areas are:

  1. The Now/Next schedule. It shows the bookings for the spaces that your organisation selected to display.
  2. Page count. If the number of spaces exceeds the available screen size, the pager will show you what page they are currently viewing. The page time is set by the organisation.
  3. The notification area shows scrolling organisation notifications.
