There are several reasons why an expected space may not be displayed when looking for a recurring space. These are:
- The space has already been booked for this period by someone else.
- The associated space policy restricts booking this space at this time.
- The space is set as unavailable for maintenance purposes.
When this happens, you will be able to select an alternative space from the list of suggestions.
