To manage an event in Operations > Events:

  1. Click the event that you'd like to manage.
  2. The event page opens where you can:
    1. View the summary in the Event Overview tab.
    2. Edit available fields on the Event Details tab.
      1. All fields of the upcoming events are editable except for:
        1. Event Owner
        2. Event Date
        3. Invite Permission
      2. The in-progress or cancelled events cannot be edited.
    3. Use the Attendees tab to:
      1. Manage existing attendees.
      2. Upload a list of them. Here, the limit is 100 rows per file. You will need extra files to import more than 100 visitors to the event.
      3. Add new attendees manually one by one using the + Add manually button.
⚠️ Remember that visitor access needs to be added for external attendees. Use the Visitor tab that allows adding more information about your new external attendees.
    4. Approve someone from the Waitlist tab. After the attendees list has been filled, someone has then joined a waitlist, and then an existing attendee left or was removed from the list, you can approve a corresponding number of people from the waitlist to actual attendees. For this, in the Waitlist tab, select a grey checkbox for it to become green. The selected user will be added to the attendee list and will be notified accordingly.
    5. Change booking location.
⚠️ Clicking Change booking location will take you to the space booking edit page. If you change a date and/or time of the space booking, all existing attendees of the event will be cleared.
    6. Click View Location to explore details about the space where the event is planned.
    7. View Event Page to check how the event is presented to users within your organisation. You will be redirected to Workspace > Events page with the current event page open.
