We provide support for the most recent Microsoft browser versions (Edge) as well as current versions of Google Chrome on currently supported Windows operating systems.

Supported browsers (Operating Systems):

  • Microsoft Edge (Windows 11)
  • Google Chrome (Windows 11)

As software vendors release new browsers and end support for old browsers, we update our application to ensure the best possible performance.

Web browser settings

To ensure the Hub apps Flex, OneLens, and Admin Portal work as expected, check the following browser settings:

  • Enable cookies - Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
  • Enable pop-ups and JavaScript - Pop-ups and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser, so you can view errors and pop-up windows.
  • Set your screen resolution - The minimum screen resolution should be set to 1360 x 768. If you're using a scaling, try setting this to 100%. Setting this to higher may cause UI layout distortion.
