Updated at October 27th, 2025

For app version 2.3.4 for iOS and Android

What's changed or added

  • In the date selector, the week starts with Monday or Sunday depending on the selected locale.
  • When viewing a space on the map, the map zooms in and is correctly centered.
  • Resources card that summarises what has been added to the booking, includes Hearing Aids if available.
  • Building KPI icons for all space types are showing as designed instead of the universal cog icon.
  • Main menu items are hidden depending on user's permissions under ROAMER.Widgets: Search, Scan, Bookings, Tasks, Visits.
  • If the user has access to multiple buildings in IBSS, Roamer X is loading one building (Preferred Building or last used). Other buildings are loaded only when user selects them manually.
  • During the user onboarding, on the Your working day card, we pre-fill Start Time and End Time for the user, and they can proceed with the default selections or adjust this preference at this point.
  • For users who have task resolvers permissions, the list of resolved tasks for the past 3 days is now showing in Roamer X.

What's fixed

  • We've fixed the QR code check-in issue where the check-in button wasn't showing on the booking card after scanning the QR code.
  • When creating a booking and selecting start and end times, the time intervals are shown as defined by the booking policy of the space. Previously the interval was 1 minute regardless of the booking policy setting.
  • When creating a booking and selecting start and end times in Schedule View, time is shown in local time format instead of UTC format as it was before.
  • When recurring bookings are confirmed, the start and end time is displayed in user's local time and not in UTC format as it was before.
  • On the building map, tapping a space works with a better precision where the space info opens only when the space is tapped, not the area around it.
  • Search results viewed as a map or list can be now filtered by zones on the floor. Selecting a zone to filter by will only return spaces that are available and located in the selected zone.
  • Users are only able to book one space type on the same day. Attempting to create multiple bookings for the same space type on the same day returns a message to the user that this is not possible.
  • When opening a booking, the booking details page opens and the infinite loading doesn't happen anymore.
  • After updating a booking, a duplicate confirmation message isn't showing anymore. Only one confirmation message “Booking updated successfully” is presented to the user.
  • Native IdP has moved from the Default Providers dropdown on login to the Secondary Providers dropdown.
  • Space information page is now properly using the Space_Type_Label if it's configured. Previously, only Space_Type was showing for all spaces.
  • The Add virtual meeting link toggle is showing for meeting room bookings only. Previously, it was displayed on the edit page for bookings of all space types.
  • If a booking policy for the space has Excluded Dates set up, these days are not selectable on the booking edit page.
  • We've fixed the Awaiting Approval chip to be of the same colour on each page.
  • When scanning a security pass, the success message is displayed immediately. Previously, a misleading failure message was showing before the success message.
  • When creating a visitor for today, start time cannot be selected to be in the past. Previously, Roamer X allowed selecting time in the past but such booking wouldn't be created due to the validation error.
  • User Preferences for working day start and end times as well as for temperature and noise levels are applied during search when the corresponding filter is used on the Refine your search page.
  • Floor preference is applied when searching for a space using the Building KPI tile.
  • Building KPI tiles are returning correct values from the updated API V2 endpoint.
  • On the Task Detail page of the unclaimed task, the option to claim the task is displayed for the user with the API.Tasks.Assign permission.
  • On the Task Detail page, the Task Status value is now right-aligned for consistency with other details.
