Visitors in Roamer X

In Roamer X, just like in other IBSS apps, you can invite an external or internal visitor to your organisation's building. This can be recorded as:

  • Visit only
  • Visit and booking. Your visitor can be invited to attend a meeting that you've booked a space in the IBSS system for. For this, use the Add Attendees option when creating a booking. Then select the Add a visitor option that appears below the search field.

All your upcoming visitors are listed in the last tab of the main menu ribbon in Roamer X:

Here, you can view main details of the visit such as:

  • Visitor's name
  • Name of the booking and space name where this visitor is an attendee
  • Visitor's company
  • Time of visit
  • Date of visit
  • Visit status (as a label on the right)

Tap the visitor card or row to edit details, add visitor notes, or cancel the visit entirely.

Adding a visitor without a space booking

In the Visitors tab, do the following to add a new visitor:

  1. Tap the plus icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Fill in visitor details and the date and time of their arrival.
  3. Tap Confirm to save a visitor record.

You can now view details of this visit in:

  • Roamer X > Visitors tab
  • Flex > Schedule > My Visitors page
  • OneLens 360 > Operations > Visitors section

Visitor's record disappears from the list of your active visitor once the time of the visit has concluded. To view historical records, use:

  • Flex > Schedule > My Visitors page and filter what records you'd like to view by date in the top right corner of the screen.
  • OneLens 360 > Operations > Visitors > Visitor List and as well filter what records you'd like to view by date in the top right corner of the screen.
