Linked space bookings require operational team to set up spaces and furniture layout before the meeting and reset spaces to their original layout after the meeting. Spaces that are involved in the booking have to be reserved before and after the said linked space booking for that purpose.

Setup and reset slots are automatically created for the operational team:

• Spaces are reserved for setup and reset activities.
• These setup and reset slots share the same booking name as the linked space booking, but with the Setup or Reset prefix. They appear in Operations > Bookings > List View.
• Floor Manager is set as a host for such setup and reset bookings. Floor Manager is appointed in the corresponding booking policy that controls the relevant space.
• Floor Manager will see these bookings on their My Bookings page.
