Organisations can define what visitor types will be available within the organisation, and what questions or policies the visitors should respond to within each visitor type:
- Admins set up one or more Visitor Types by defining most importantly a recognisable Visitor Type name and the questions intended for this type of visitor. Read more here: Visitor Type in Admin Portal.
Note: Users won't know what questions are behind each visitor type - Users select a Visitor Type when inviting a person to the office building by either adding an external attendee to a space booking (and indicating to create a visitor record) or by creating a visit unrelated to any meetings.
Note: Visitor Type field is optional when creating a visitor record. - Invited visitor arrives at the building, chooses the Scan QR Pass or Enter Visit Code option, and follows the suggested steps.
- In case of any difficulties, visitor can ask for help at the reception where the team will have the option to open the visitor record and answer the questions with or without the visitor in the Management section of the visitor record in OneLens360. Ream more here: Visitor List in OneLens 360.
