What's new
Visitor Dashboard page under Analytics
We have added multiple charts and visualisations that offer insights on your visitor data. You will see planned visitors versus those that have attended and trends across the week or month-long periods. There’s also a heatmap showing arrivals by time of day, helping you understand your busiest periods.

Bulk upload of visitors list
When you have visitors expected to arrive at the building without attending a specific meeting, operational teams have the ability to upload those visitors in one go to IBSS to support smooth visit planning. These visitors are not part of any bookings and are listed on the Visitor List page. Users can also download an import template, export existing data, and re-import updates or new records.

Assistive insights on the Booking Analytics Dashboard
Assistive Insights is a text-based summary of each of the charts shown in the Booking Analytics Dashboard. It will tell you, for example, what the quietest office day was, or what proportion of spaces was utilised over your selected period.
Catering Reports
New catering data reports were added to enable export of catering-related data on orders, supplier costs, and catering items by order. Users can export:
- All catering orders within the selected time frame
- Supplier costs within the selected time frame
- Catering items in one selected order

Customisable Booking Data Export
Users can choose what fields in the booking data they want to export while mandatory fields are pre-selected.

What's changed
- Tasks list page now includes the Active task status in the filter.
- Booking Dashboard now lists spaces alphabetically in the table.
- On the Booking Analytics dashboard, we've made the following changes:
- Average Utilisation calculation has been changed to be weighted by capacity.
- Average Utilisation by space type is now weighted average by space type instead of just average utilisation.
- On the Utilisation by weekday chart when the Daily view toggle is on:
- The Peak counts show for a specific day rather than aggregating the sum peak count of all occurrences of the specific weekday in the period.
- The Average counts are divided by number of specific days of the week instead of calculating the average count as the sum of days across the period.

What's fixed
Bookings
- When viewing a completed booking, the attendees list can be viewed and isn't cleared out any more.
- Auto-cancelled bookings used to retain the Cancel button on the list page. It is hidden now for such bookings as expected.
- Exporting a bookings list is resolved and includes all booking parties. Also, Node ID is set to Floor instead of Building Node ID.
- On the Bookings list page, the Booking Relationship Type filter is corrected to display relevant results.
- We have corrected status chip colours of the Booking List page in the Dark theme of the app to comply with the WCAG requirements.
Catering
- We've corrected the keyboard navigation on the Catering Items list page.
- We've fixed the search field on the Catering Orders list page to filter the list items accordingly. Previously, the search resulted in a blank page.
- The search filter on the Catering Orders list page now persists when navigating back and the previous search results are displayed as expected.
- On the Catering Order edit page, the button View Booking in the summary section has an updated link to redirect users correctly to the associated booking.
- Catering Menu now correctly expands the rest of the Catering Menu details to fill in after the user saves initial Catering Menu details.
- Users with relevant permissions can add further catering orders to a booking after one of the orders has been cancelled. The issue was that the Save button wasn't activated to do so.
- Users with relevant permissions can amend catering orders that are in one of these statuses: Cancelled Charge, Cancelled No Charge, Cancellation Pending.
Events and Announcements
- Changing a booking location on the Event edit page now calls the space search every time the panel is opened. Previously it would work only the first time when user is trying to change the space.
- We've added confirmation popup when announcements are duplicated.
Visitors
- If the Visitor Type question is not set as mandatory on the Admin Portal, it is not listed on the visitor record page > Management section.
- Visitor Dashboard Check-in button now validates against the Vis_Arvl_Wndw_Mins parameter. It is enabled only within the pre-set window when the visitor can be checked in.
Booking Analytics
- Booking Analytics page needed the following fixes:
- When data is filtered for the outside of the operational time range, we now use the correct period type for 24 hours to display data.
- Time format issue has been changed from UTC date-time format to date-only.
- Fixed the percentage symbol to be displayed on the Capacity Utilisation chart values.
- Calculation of monthly values is updated to reflect aggregated daily totals.
- Building filter used to clear on page load/navigation defaulting to Node ID = 1 and showing all floors across all buildings. The page now reads the currently selected building from the global building selector and uses its Node ID in all API calls. The Floor dropdown also only displays floors belonging to the selected building.
- Space Type filter now correctly uses the space type labels from the building parameter and returns all mapped spaces accordingly.
- The Top Space Type chart has been updated to display only space types with >0% utilisation. and maximum of three top space types.
- Peak hourly value now correctly reflects the actual peak utilisation for that hour, not cumulative across days.
- When exporting a PNG of a chart, black overlay isn't distorting the image any more.
- Building icon doesn't disappear any more when using this page.
- We've adjusted colour gradient for the Utilisation Heatmap cells to reflect the difference in values.
Other fixes
- Changes to spaces on the Space Layouts page don't overwrite space configuration settings any more. Creating, updating, or removing existing layouts or linked space configurations doesn't affect other related single space layouts.
- Fixed the rendering issue on the Catering Orders page.
- Users can remove all layouts from a space or linked spaces. The cross button next to a layout doesn't disappear any more.
- On the Background Processes page, tame range filter includes all available options now. Previously it was limited to Today, This Week, and Last Week.
- Task comments are sent with the full payload including the User Name.
- We've adjusted alignment of elements on the following pages: Spaces, Booking Dashboard.
- We've adjusted colours in the dark mode on the Booking page.
- We've corrected discrepancies in page titles and fixed display of missing helper text labels on various pages.
- Search filter is fixed to persist on several pages:
- Booking List Page
- Booking/Space Schedule Page
- Catering Orders Page
- Visitor List
Known issues
- Please note, on the Schedule View page, there may be an occasional issue under high-usage that will cause partial or no bookings to be returned. If you do not see the bookings you expect to see, we recommend manually refreshing the page to fetch the data again.
- On the Visitors list page, the Refresh button doesn't trigger the corresponding API call to display filtered data. To fix this, refresh the page and reapply the filters.
- On the Booking Analytics page, the Utilisation Heatmap is not updated when comparison fields are applied.
- There are still the following WCAG issues in the product:
- Keyboard navigation with use of screen reader on the Bookings list page fails to announce values in cells.
- On the Schedule View page:
- Clicking around in cells of the columns causes the page to stop displaying booking records.
- When using the screen reader and navigating to date field, the screen reader is not triggered.
- Screen reader doesn't announce details of edit buttons when using the keyboard.
- On the Announcements page, screen reader doesn't announce the error message when trying to save an announcement without filling in the required fields.
