We have added multiple charts and visualisations that offer insights on your visitor data. You will see planned visitors versus those that have attended and trends across the week or month-long periods. There’s also a heatmap showing arrivals by time of day, helping you understand your busiest periods.
Permissions required to view this page: ONELENS360.VisitorAnalytics.Overview with the relevant building permission (APPLIESTO).
Start by applying the filters for charts to display the view that you need:

After changing any filter or a building, click Refresh Data to view updated data in charts.
Alternatively, you can click Clear all filters to clear all your selections and view charts in the default format.
Charts
The page is build to display data from various perspectives for you to focused views or to consistently take cuts of same data over time. Here you can export visuals (image/CSV) of the currently displayed data with active filters.
The following charts are available on the page (numbered as on the image above):
3 - Total visitors expected. It's the sum of all visitor records in the system for the selected time period.
4 - Total visitors attended. It's the sum of all checked-in users into the building for the selected time period.
5 - Attendance reflects the percentage of attended visitors compared to the total of existing records in the system.
6 - Avg daily visitors expected are calculated as normal averages.
7 - Avg daily visitors attended are calculated as normal averages.
8 - Weekday trend for period shows expected vs attended visits on a bar chart.
9 - Visitor history shows a bar chart with expected visits, attended, and cancelled visits to compare data visually.
10 - Visitors checked in by arrival time is a heatmap per weekday.
11 - Visitors checked out by departure time is a heatmap per weekday.
12 - Visit analytics for period shows a pie chart with the ration of ad-hoc visitors vs planned attendees to meetings as well as average meeting duration per weekday.
