An organisation can choose to add their logo with or without company name next to it to the header of IBSS web apps (Flex, OneLens 360, and Admin Portal). In our example, it's Company Inc with their logo:

To set a custom logo for your organisation to see in IBSS Hub apps, do the following:

1. Prepare two images with your logo. The image requirements are:
   1. Two image variants for light and dark app themes. 
   2. Image size should be 200 x 50 pixels.
   3. Format is PNG or JPG.
   4. Images must have “-light” and “-dark” in their file names at the end. For example:
      <company-name>-light.png and <company-name>-dark.png
      or <company-name>-light.jpg and <company-name>-dark.jpg
   5. If you want the company name to be included, it should already be present in the image with logo.
2. Add the images to IBSS system:
   1. In Admin Portal > Manage > File Management > Common folder, click Add in the top right of the file list.
   2. Indicate /common/logo in the Path field. This way you create a new logo folder, and it's is essential for logos to display in IBSS apps.
   3. Click Select File and select one of your prepared logo images.
   4. Click Ok.
   5. Complete same actions to upload the second logo image.

Log out and log back in to see the logo displayed.
