What’s Fixed?

We have fixed several issues in Roamer, relating to the following items:

  • The Cancel Booking button would briefly appear on the screen when attempting to make a new booking. Now, cancelling is only available for existing bookings.
  • Previously, Roamer would crash when attempting to search for various types of spaces.
  • The time picker would not recognise that certain users may have additional permission to pick a min/max duration for a meeting outside those defined by the booking policy.
  • Editing an existing booking would show an incorrect end time if the booking policy associated to the space has a min/max duration assigned to the policy.
  • An unexpected application crash would occur if a user does not have their start/end time defined in their User Preferences.
  • Catering orders would not be displayed, meaning users could not edit future catering orders.
  • Space descriptions were showing incorrect booking limitations in their descriptions.
  • When looking at an existing booking the end time would not be representative of what was originally booked.

Known issues

Android: An icon appears on the task bar to inform users when the camera is active. If scanning a QR code in the app, Android does not always accurately reflect when the camera is deactivated, and the icon may still show for a brief period.

iOS: The banner at the top of the homepage may continue to show the loading icon, despite having loaded everything. Simply pulling down the banner again will refresh the page as normal.
