Raise service requests for any space that is identified in your building. A service request can be related to equipment issues, required cleaning that you've noticed, other issues within the temperature or lighting, or any other issue that you want the facility management team to be aware of.

You have two options to raise a service request:

  1. From the Service Requests page if you have an issue in any space of the building that you can identify.
  2. From the space booking for the relevant space.

Creating a service request for any space

  1. Start on the Service Requests page.
  2. Click +Add. A new page opens.
  3. Indicate the space where you're reporting an issue: Building, Floor, Space Name.
  4. Describe what the issue exactly is: select Category and Type, add Description (can be mandatory). Each organisation will have their own categories and types for service requests.
  5. Upload image(s) if you have them. You can upload up to 10 images to one service request.
  6. Click Save to confirm.

The responsible team now receives a notification about the new request to resolve.
