The Space Layout page is designed to allow operational teams to control and adjust space layouts, ensuring efficient setup and reset processes for different events or bookings and allowing organisations to modify their options directly.
On this page, operational teams can dynamically:
- Add new or edit existing furniture layouts to the spaces.
- Link adjacent spaces that can be then booked together and set furniture layouts there.
- Unlink spaces when something changes in the building.
⚠️ To have this page enabled for your role, you need to have ONELENS360.OperationalServices.SpaceLayouts permission set in Admin Portal as well as the relevant building enabled for you under Building permissions (APPLIESTO) at the same time.
Creating a furniture layout
To create a furniture layout:
- Select one space where you'd like to add furniture layout to.
- In the panel on the right, click Add Layout.
- Fill in the fields:
- Layout Name
- Capacity
- Setup Time (in Minutes)
- Reset Time (in Minutes)
- Confirm by clicking Add Layout.
- When you are finished adding needed layouts for the selected space, click Save in the panel on the right.
- Click Refresh cache in the top right corner of the spaces table for the organisation to start using the layout that you created.
Creating a linked space configuration
To create a linked spaces configuration:
- Select two adjacent spaces where you'd like to add furniture layout to. Check map to make sure that you have selected the spaces that can actually be linked and used as one.
- In the panel on the right that appears, fill in the fields:
- Layout Name
- Capacity
- Setup Time (in Minutes)
- Reset Time (in Minutes)
- Confirm by clicking Save.
- Click Refresh cache in the top right corner of the spaces table for the organisation to start using the layout that you created.
