Available in app version 2024.03 onwards.
Admin users can set up notification reminders for their organisation. Under Manage > Notification Reminders, admin users can view the existing custom reminders set up for organisation and edit them from this view.
To create a new Notification Reminder, do the following:
- In Admin Portal, under Manage > Notification Reminders, click + ADD.
- Fill in all fields:
- Name
- Event Type. There are currently two event types where the reminders can be applied:
- Booking
- Visitor
- Status. Active or Inactive (if you want to prepare reminder for the future).
- Notification Duration (in minutes). Select how far in advance the notification should be triggered.
- Time of day. Choose at what time of day the notification should be triggered.
- Filter. Add you filter query in text format if you want to set up a reminder for bookings in certain spaces only, for example, or for a particular visitor status.
- Built-in Rule
- Tags. Select one or several tags to additionally filter out space bookings.
- Click Submit to save your new Notification Reminder.
Submitting an active Notification Reminder starts triggering corresponding scheduled reminders for users within your organisation. The notification templates are set by your IBSS representative and bound to the Built-In Rule.
