This interactive analytics dashboard visualises space utilisation trends across buildings, providing insights through multiple chart types, filterable datasets, and annotations. It is designed to support workplace optimisation and strategic planning.
Permissions required to view this page: ONELENS360.BookingAnalytics.Overview with the relevant building permission (APPLIESTO).
Analytics Filters (1)
On the top of the page, you have the following filters for charts to display the view that you need:
| BASIC FILTERS | Date Range | To select time period for when you want to view analytics. |

| Space Type |
To select specific space types that need to be analysed. Multi-selection is available. |

| Floor | To view data on one selected floor. | |
| COMPARE | Compare days of the week section | To select what specific days of the week need to be viewed. |
| Compare time of day section | To narrow down the data even more by defining time of day period. |
After changing any filter or a building, click Refresh Data to view updated data in charts.
Alternatively, you can click Reset all filters to clear all your selections and view charts in the default format:
- BASIC FILTERS tab:
- Date range: From beginning of last month To back one day compared to current day
- Daily/Monthly toggle reverts to Daily
- Space Types: All Spaces
- Floors: All Floors
- COMPARE tab:
- No filters by weekday or by hour
- DISPLAY tab:
- Show data as a percentage toggle reverts to unselected
Charts on the Booking Analytics page
The page is build to display data from various perspectives for you to focused views or to consistently take cuts of same data over time. Here you can:
- Change the view for each chart separately to show absolute values or percentage values. Use corresponding buttons in the top right of each chart.
- Export visuals (image/CSV) with active filters.
- View Peak (sum of the Peaks of the selected records) and Average (sum of the Averages of the selected records) counts on charts.

Is calculated as weighted sum by capacity of the selected space types:

| 3 - Average Utilisation | For all space types in the building if no space type is selected in the filter. |
| 4 - Top 3 of average utilisation by space type | For all space types in the building if no space type is selected in the filter. |
| 5 - Utilisation by weekday | Compares average utilisation by weekday with peak capacity utilisation. |
| 6 - Utilisation by day of the month | Compares average utilisation by the day of the month with peak capacity utilisation. |
| 7 - Utilisation by hour | Shows average hourly utilisation as a line chart. |

In count mode, reports the average number of people in the space type in the given day of the week and hour. In percentage mode, reports the average utilisation in the given day of the week and hour. |
