What's new
Work Location Status
This feature enables planning of your typical work location. Users can define their work location status for a typical work week, which is viewable to colleagues. Upon system update, users will see a prompt to setup their typical work location. We’ve reserved a dropdown in the top right corner for a quick location change for the day, just in case.

Colleague Finding Update
The features seek to improve collaboration with colleagues. Users can view where a colleague or a team are planned to work and adjust their own plans accordingly:
- Users can see who is scheduled in over the course of the week using the new Colleagues Schedule page.
- By selecting colleagues, users can compare calendars and planned arrival to the office to plan collaboration accordingly.

Team Bookings
As part of addressing the challenge of enabling group bookings, we have also introduced teams to the product with the following features:
- Ability to customise your own teams and appoint team leaders to handle bookings and check-ins.
- As part of a team, a user can see who is scheduled to be in the office today on the Flex homepage.
- Team managers can book and assign spaces for the whole team in one go.

Booking of parking places
For organisations that value transparency around availability of parking spots for their employees and visitors, this feature makes it easier to view available parking and book as many spaces as needed for their peace of mind on the day. There’s also a place to enter the car registration number, so you can send this to your ANPR system ahead of time.
- Parking space booking can be created individually as a regular booking for self or for a visitor when the user is visiting office for extended period of time.
- Parking space can also be booked as an associated service booking to the main meeting when a particular meeting involves visitors who would need to have parking space reservations.

External Attendee Restriction
With the new booking policy setting, users may not be able to add external attendees to bookings in spaces where this was previously available. There won't be any notification to the user from app perspective. We expect that spaces with external attendee restrictions are communicated separately organisation-wide.
What's changed
- When changing the space in the booking, number of existing attendees serves as a filter to show available spaces that can include this number of people.
- We've removed the limitation to show only 4 quick links on the home page in Flex.
- The Background Task page now has an additional column to display the record type for exports and imports.
What's fixed
Bookings
- We've corrected how the system processes the bulk upload of attendees to pass the provided file correctly.
- When adding attendees to a booking, the confirmation button Add attendee on the popup would sometimes show as disabled, and user had to navigate away and back in to enable it. We've fixed the button to show as enabled once all mandatory attendee data is filled in.
- Checking in to a booking works fine now. It is corrected to be using the Floor Node ID instead of the Building Node ID.
- Users aren't redirected to the booking create page any more when they are checking in. And when they check out, then the page is redirected to the booking list.
- During space search, zones in the dropdown are now listed in alphabetical order.
- When during space search Any floor is selected, and the user uses the map view option to show search results, we now show a better message to the user asking them to select a specific floor first for the system to start showing maps. User can switch between floors to select a space that is suitable, but the map won't show with the Any selection for floors. Previously the message misled with the notification that no maps were set up for the floor.
- In map view, the space card previously would change booking start and end time to the date and time set on the user's PC. It stays in the building local time now.
- Booking Edit page has now all relevant options displaying in cards on the right in the Actions & Management section. Previously Parking Space would be missing from the list when Overview is selected in the Management Options dropdown.
- When adding attendees to a linked space booking, the space is referred to the corresponding booking policy as a single space now. Previously, this resulted in an error and failure to add attendees.
- On the Delegates Booking page, series of bookings failed to open for editing. The system now properly redirects user to the corresponding booking edit page.
- Changing the space between buildings for a booking that was created on behalf of a visitor works without an issue. Previously, the page would crash due to a mapping error.
- Booking create and edit page are fixed to take into account excluded dates that are set by their Floor Booking Policy.
- On the Advanced Booking create page, we've adjusted options of the recurrence patterns for improved usability.
- On the Advanced Booking create page, the warning is displayed if the start time is in the past, and the Save button becomes not available. If the user corrects the start time, the Search button becomes available again.
Settings
- The option to toggle off in-app notifications under Settings > System Notifications is again available to users.
- Cost Code selector in My Preferences is now paginated and filter searches through all available cost codes. Previously the filter would work on the first 50 cost codes.
- User's default building wasn't picked up on the Flex home page when user has previously defined their building during onboarding or in Settings. We've resolved it now.
Other fixes
- When creating a catering order, available menus are appropriately displayed.
- Fixed a few labels to use the corrected text. For example, fixed email placeholder when adding attendees to a booking. Previously, it asked to add host email.
- When creating a new task, the complete spaces dropdown is displayed on the Task Details page. Also, Space Name field shows space names, not the space ID.
- We've fixed image upload button when creating an event.
- Quick links now appear in the correct order as set by admins. And the whole quick link card is clickable.
- Search filter is fixed to persist on several pages:
- Find a Space
- My Bookings
- My Bookings for Others
- My Delegate Bookings
- My Visitors
- Space Schedule
- My Tasks
Known issue
- When a booking with visitors is moved to a new building, the reassigned Visitor Type isn't saved with visitor records.
