Why not all my recurring bookings are created even if the space is available?

If not all recurring bookings are created even if the space is available, it is down to the booking policy settings. Here's what may have happened:

  1. You have searched for a space to create several recurring bookings far into the future.
  2. The search result returned available spaces, where you choose one to book.
    1. Expectation. All recurring bookings are created.
    2. Actual result. At the last step, the system creates a few initial bookings but not all. It suggests to find you alternative spaces, but doesn't create bookings there too.

Explanation

The Maximum Horizon setting in the booking policy for the space may be restricting bookings far into the future, even if the space is available. Hence, bookings will be created only within the set booking horizon.

Check the booking policy description for the space or contact your organisation admins if that is not available.
