Organisations can decide to share useful links on Flex or Roamer X homepages of their users. The links can lead to any external resource online and will open in a new tab of the browser app.

In Admin Portal under the Manage section > Signposts page, the user with the permissions ADMINPORTAL.PORTFOLIOSETUP.BUILDINGKPIS and APPLIESTO rules can view existing Quick Links and KPIs for Flex or Roamer, edit them, and create new ones.

Quick Link or KPI tile are added per building and per device. If the same Quick Link is required for Flex and Roamer, two separate Quick Links have to be created.
